I’ll be honest, I’ve never really been very big into working out. (I think I get this one from my mama!) But since I grew up either dancing or cheering, I was always active in some way. And since graduating, I’ve had to find ways to keep my body moving. I  like learning as much as I can about fitness and am occasionally inspired to get into a routine. In this category, I’ share what has and hasn’t worked for me, real-life-busy-girl tips, and everything in between. I’m hoping that this category will grow as my motivation does!
