A Recap of My Recent Looks

Happy Friday, friends! What a week. As always, I wanted to share a recap of my recent looks with you. Truth be told, I love reviewing the week’s looks – it gives me some inspo for the week ahead! The weather’s finally turning around here in Dallas (at least for now), so we enjoyed some much-needed time outside. So, thankfully, we didn’t have to be quite as bundled this week.…

Winter Looks I Wore This Week

This week was cold in Dallas. Like… cancel school just because it’s so cold level of cold. I spent most of the week pretty bundled up — even though we spent most of our time inside. The few times I did leave the house, it was all about layers and thick coats. So, without further adieu, here’s a look at the winter looks I wore this week. This cropped goose down puffer…

What I Wore This Week

It’s time for another look at what I wore this week! I’ve really loved putting together these weekly outfit recaps. If nothing else, it gives me motivation to get dressed in something other than athleisure outfits throughout the week *although let’s be honest, those still happen plenty too.* I had several calls and meetings this week that required me to actually look someone professional, which is why I busted out…

My Weekly Outfit Recap

I’m back with another weekly outfit recap! I think 2024 is going to be the year of comfort y’all. I’ve been very into dressing for my mood, and honestly, my mood is just be comfortable. ;) Maybe I’m just trying to make myself feel better, but I feel like it’s way more possible to make comfortable clothes look cute now than it used to be. In all seriousness, because I work…

Weekly Outfit Recap

We have ONE MORE week in 2023. I’m actually shocked as I think about that. I’ve been working hard on my “lessons for 2023” blog post because I feel like I have so much to share from this year. But to say it’s been the fastest year of my life is an understatement. I wanted to share a weekly outfit recap with y’all today so I could show you a…

Monochromatic Looks to Bring Into 2024

My love for a good monochromatic looks goes way back. There’s something so timeless about a uniform fit. I even wrote a post on how to style a monochromatic outfit. This holiday season, I’ve loved playing around with different monochromatic looks like this red-on-red look I wore to an event this week (it’s giving chic Santa, no?). I decided to roundup some of my favorite monochromatic looks that I fully intend…

What I Packed for Aspen

We’ve spent the past week living our best lives in Aspen, and I couldn’t be happier. Don’t get me wrong, it’s a lot of work with two very little kids. But we’re creating some core memories I know I’ll never forget (and I hope they’ll start to remember them too!). I did want to share a peek of what I packed for Aspen while it’s fresh on my mind though.…

Winter Looks I’m Loving Lately

We are in full-on winter mode people. So I wanted to share some winter looks I’m loving lately. These are pieces I really can’t bust out any other time of the year (think sweaters, coats, etc.), so right now, I’ve got the in heavy rotation! For instance, this double face coat is one of my favorite pieces I own (so chic, right?). It’s so well crafted and made from Italian…

My Weekly Look Recap

I’m back with another weekly look recap. This week included several fun events, including some birthday celebrations (thank you all for the sweet bday wishes!). Now that we’re past Thanksgiving, I’ve also started to incorporate some festive pieces like this red cashmere sweater. Spanx have also been a staple for me lately. Whether I’m dressing up in the hi-rise flare pants or hanging around the house in my favorite AirEssentials…

Everyday Trend: High Socks & Sneakers

Y’all know I’m the furthest thing from a trendsetter in this industry, but every now and then, I find one I like that I can actually incorporate into my everyday looks. For me, the most important thing when it comes to style is comfort — and what’s more comfortable than sneakers with jeans? So when I spotted a few of my favorite always-on-trend girls sporting this look, I decided to…

My Favorite Way to Style Cropped Leather Pants

When I ordered these vegan leather cropped pants a couple of months ago, I wasn’t sure I’d be able to style them in a way that would be flattering for me. I’m fairly short at 5’4″ so I end up having to return a lot of clothing (specifically pants) that just won’t work on my body type. But I’m convinced these cropped straight pants are seriously amazing on everyone! A…

3 Sweaters You Need This Winter

Happy Monday, y’all! I hope everyone had a great weekend. Even though we were battling some major sickness in our house this weekend, we also had some sweet cuddles and spent lots of time resting and relaxing. There is so much going on this time of year in my business so I’ll count the rest and relaxation as a blessing even if it did come with feeling sick. I do…

Backcountry Gift Guide for Her & Him

This time of year, I’m practically living in leggings and comfy pullovers or jackets. As it starts to cool off here in Dallas, I like to be bundled up for my morning walks. A few months ago, I shared all about why I love going on my daily 30-minute walks and how Backcountry is my favorite place to shop for activewear and other pieces that help me stay active and…

Winter Activewear I’m Loving

Hey friends! Continuing my theme of cute winter finds this week with some great activewear from Nordstrom. Activewear is basically all that fits me right now, so I’m leaning into this vibe very hard LOL. Nordstrom has lots of great picks per usual like this fleece jacket that works with my bump now but will also fit great after baby boy gets here too. This is KEY for me right now. I’m trying to buy fewer maternity items because in less than two months I won’t be able to really wear them anymore.

25 Winter Outfit Ideas + 5 Pieces I can’t Stop Wearing

Winter can easily feel like the trickiest month to get dressed for if you ask me. Between it being freezing outside, shorter days/darker nights, layering, and trying to look cute without looking bulky or frumpy, I thought y’all might like some inspo that I pulled from over the years of winter outfits – both dressy and more casual!

Coats I’m Loving For Winter

I’ve said it before and I’ll probably keep saying it until the novelty wears off, but it’s so much fun experiencing all four seasons now that we live in Colorado – even winter! A lot of people I know who have moved from the south to a place that has winter aren’t big fans, but I’m obsessed.

My Favorite Joggers Right Now

Hi from Vegas! I hope ya’ll are having a great Sunday! I ordered these joggers last week. I thought they were cute and looked super comfy. I wasn’t 100% confident they would fit me correctly, but they are absolutely perfect! They are the perfect pant to dress up or down and a great alternative to my jeans. Below are a few different ways I styled them. Which is your favorite?…

25 Winter Outfit Ideas

Hi y’all! Hope you’re having a good start to your week :) I’m over here freezing in Denver but I think I’m slowly kinda sorta getting used to the weather (and snow!). Mid-Februrary is always that time of year when I start to get BORED with my winter outfits and basically winter in general. There are only so many boots and jackets you can wear, ya know? Now that I…
