My Favorite Jill Stuart Beauty Lip Balm

Brighton Butler Jill Stuart Beauty lipstick

When it comes to makeup, I consider myself a minimalist. You can see my current everyday makeup routine here. Basically, I find the makeup I like, use that every day, and then randomly try out new products when they interest me.

Recently, I discovered Jill Stuart… and let me tell you, I’m loving it. This brand actually creates makeup, skincare, and fragrances, but I’ve been obsessed with their lip balm lately. It’s been the perfect addition to my everyday makeup.

Jill Stuart

Lip Glow Serum Balm

When it comes to my everyday l looks, I’ve become a big fan of lip balm. This balm from Jill Stuart is especially amazing because it goes on SUPER easily and adds just the right amount of color. The best part is that it adds a dewy finish to my lips that stays on for hours!

The color I’ve been loving is shade #06, Rose Voyage. I feel like it’s a really natural tint that feels super lightweight and MOISTURIZING (huge plus for me). The thing that stands out to me the most with this lip balm is that it goes on like a balm, but it moisturizes like a lip oil so I never have to apply chapstick before I put it on. According to their site, the balm contains hydrating botanical ingredients like Centifolia rose extract, Peony extract, and Edelweiss extract which help prevent dry lips.

Another big benefit of this lip balm over others I’ve tried is that it’s made up of peppermint extract and ginger extract so it gives you a plumping effect. I definitely notice my lips feel fuller whenever I wear this. They also feel super glossy!

Oh, and it’s paraben-free! I wish I could say I’m great about always looking at what’s in my makeup, but honestly, I’m not. I do try to be more cautious when I’m pregnant though, so I was super excited to see that this is a safer option compared to some of the other lipsticks and lip balms I have.

If you’re on the hunt for a new lip balm that’s extremely moisturizing, really lightweight, and gives you just a hint of color, I can’t recommend the Jill Stuart balm enough. This isn’t a sponsored post or anything, I just love it that much and wanted it to have a permanent place on the blog for you guys! :P
