When it comes to my everyday makeup routine, I need something that’s simple and reliable with products I love. While I do like to try out new products from time to time, I also have my tried and trues that I know won’t let me down. Currently, my makeup routine is made up of my favorite staples with a few new products that I’ve recently discovered and am loving.

I thought a full review of my current makeup products might be helpful for some of you who are looking to add new items to your routine or have been wondering about any of these products but aren’t quite ready to commit. So here we go!

I always start my makeup routine off with SPF. This is my non-negotiable. Even on my non-makeup days, I make sure I’ve got SPF on my face and neck area. The Supergoop! Unseen Sunscreen has been my go-to for years now. It’s completely sheer and doesn’t have the sunscreen smell I’ve noticed with some other face SPFs. 10/10 recommend!

Ater I’ve put on my SPF, I add a simple skin tint. This is basically like a foundation, except much less heavy. In my opinion, it’s perfect for an everyday look. I recently purchased the ILIA Super Serum Skin and have been loving it. It’s just enough coverage to make a difference without feeling cakey or oily.

Once I’ve got my liquid products on, I move straight toward the concealer. This is a game-changer on the nights when Four doesn’t sleep well! I am obsessed with the Cle De Peau Beaute concealer. I’ve tried out a TON of concealers over the years, but this is the one I always go back to and feels the most flawless on my skin.

To set everything in place, the Charlotte Tilbury Airbrush Setting Powder is a must. I’ve actually rotated a few other setting powders that I really liked too (ILIA actually has a great option as well), but this is a classic and one that I seem to always reach for. To apply my setting powder, I always use my favorite Artis Palm Brush (you can see my full review of the Artis makeup brushes here).

One of my favorite new finds for makeup is the bronzing cream. Y’all – GAME CHANGER. I’m obsessed with how flush it makes my skin feel. The Chanel Les Beiges Healthy Glow cream is my absolute fav. If you haven’t tried this yet, I can’t rave about it enough! I top this with the ILIA lip, cheek, & eye tint for just a hint of color.

Next, it’s time to move on to the eyes. I’ve been using the Laura Mercier Chrome Caviar Stick Eyeshadow for a few months now and love the neutrality of it. It never feels over the top and is super easy to apply. The Bobbi Brown Long-Wear Gel Eyeliner is a long-time staple of mine. It’s a little more pricey than some other eyeliners I’ve tried, but it lasts twice as long in my opinion. I apply this using an ultra fine eyeliner brush.

For mascara, I always prime my lashes using the Lancome Cils Booster primer. It gives me SO MUCH volume, y’all. Then I follow it up with the HOURGLASS mascara, which I just started using recently but have really been enjoying. The brush is amazing and keeps your lashes from clumping, which is one of my biggest pet peeves!

Last but definitely not least is lips! ILIA is my newest makeup obsession and I can’t speak highly enough about their tinted lip balm. I won’t claim to be a clean beauty expert by any means but I do appreciate that their brand is clean, especially when it comes to lipstick or balm, which I tend to lick off my lips more than I care to admit!
