Blazer

Real question – can you ever have too many blazers? I mean, but really though? I could put together cute blazer outfits for days. I love wearing blazers! Second, to cardigans, they’re literally one of the most wearable wardrobe items out there! They’re so easy to dress up and down and can instantly transform an outfit. I have a variety of different blazers – ranging from your classic, go-to black blazer to more trendy items with ruffle and interesting stitch detailing. And anytime I’m in an outfit funk and can’t figure out what to wear, I find myself gravitating towards my go-to blazers – they never let me down.

For shopping blazers, I absolutely love just about every single blazer that Topshop creates. And I know Zara always has a pretty decent selection of blazers as well. I’ve had some luck at Nordstrom shopping blazers too – I love their Halogen brands (I have to get petite because this brand runs HUGE). Oh, and J.Crew has pretty amazing blazers as well. But if I had to choose my absolute favorite company ever (and if money grew on trees), I’d buy all my blazers from Theory; they literally have the best-fitting blazers out there in my opinion!

Ah I remember this look! I freaking LOVED it. I wore this during NYFW Fall 2017 backstage at the Tibi show with the Aveda team. It was such a dream of a show and I can remember the pastels hues like it was yesterday. Anyway, back to the outfit. I had just purchased this jacket the day before at the Maje store in SoHo. This was my first investment in such a trendy item, but I’ve been a HUGE fan of Maje for quite some time and finally decided to bite the bullet. I still love this bomber and have gotten so much use out of it! It was such a great (albeit trendy) investment, statement piece.
