Can you believe it’s already Thursday? Maybe it’s just me, but this week has flown by! Fall is just around the corner, and I’ve been doing a little window browser shopping, looking at all the new fall goodies. Although I still wear color here and there during the cooler months, I usually tend to stick to darker shades. I’ve rounded up a few of my favorite black (and touches of gold) finds from my recent list of favorites.

I’m obsessed with this Low Back Top! I love how elegant, yet sexy, it is with the long sleeves and unexpected, swooping back. Much to my surprise, it seems that python/snakeskin is making its way into yet another season. Yay!! Moving on to the jewelry above….how neat are all these finds? When I think about it, I don’t think I have ANY black jewelry, but I know that I could think of several times when I wish I did. Whether you’re wearing nudes, brights, or lighter colors, black jewels are a definite statement. I think I might have to invest in some. And onto the shoes….the cap toe/pointed toe flats are quickly making their way to the front of the line, almost surpassing the usual and ubiquitous rounded-toe ballet flat. I’m thrilled to say the least. I’m so over the usual round-toe flats. Aren’t you? As for the boots, I love the slouchy look; and the heel on these Chloe boots appear to be just high enough. And lastly, I want to comment on the pumps. I’ve been seeing the diagonally cut pumps all over the place lately and have really taken a liking to them. The angular cut is super sassy, but I’m a little concerned about confort. Anyone? (I know Alice + Olivia made some as well.)
