I kind of have a thing for lemons. Not sure why, but there’s just something about them that makes my heart sing. Maybe it’s their bright yellow hue or interesting shape; who knows, I just know I’m a fan. The funny thing is, though, lemon/yellow is my least favorite flavor skittle, laffy-taffy, mento, and the list goes on and on. But i guess those are all technically artificial anyway, so I can still love REAL lemons and dislike all the wanna-be’s. Right? Right. Anyways, I not only like them in my water and diet coke (and tea!), but I also love seeing them as decor, especially when incorporated in a bouquet of flowers! So fresh and simple, yet just the right amount of pretty too. So yea, I randomly felt like sharing this little love of mine before the sunny skies and lemonade-stand days come to an end. I hope it’s been a good one!
