Army green…cobalt…and bright red. A little out of the ordinary, but hey, I like to keep things interesting!

I hope everyone has had a good week. I feel like this week went by a little faster than the past few. Maybe it’s because I’m beginning to get settled in at my new job, so the hours don’t drag quite like they used to. It’s a difficult transition to go from so much freedom and flexibility to a set schedule beyond your control. But anyway, I’m getting into a routine and am definitely learning A LOT, which is the best part in my opinion! There’s nothing like a dose of full-fledged immersion to escalate the learning process.

I’m headed back to NOLA later this afternoon (yay!!) and am looking forward to sleeping in my own bed and soaking up all the craziness and excitement going on in the city this weekend! I hope you all have a wonderful and relaxing weekend!

I love that you tucked the sweater into the pencil skirt! I have a similar Gap sweater in red so one of these cold winter days I will have to try out this look. Happy Mardi Gras! :)

You look so fabulous!! I just found your blog and I’m so glad I did. Army green and cobalt is one of my FAVE color combos, and I think pairing it with the red jacket was perfect!
