I can’t believe it’s already Friday. This week. I can’t even. So crazy! In fact, the last few weeks! I feel like I’ve been trying to catch my breath since April but have ended up just treading water, trying to stay afloat all the while doing my best to maintain my cool and stay prepared too! Needless to say, I’ve been quite the scatter brain as of late. But I guess that’s nothing new. (Ha!) And to mix things up a bit, I’m headed to Milan in just a few hours. OMG. I know. I don’t even know what I packed. The funny thing is that when I get back into the US, I don’t come home. I get straight off the plane in NYC and stay there for three weeks. How did I pack for all this? I didn’t. I guess I’ll just wing it or figure it out as I go along? No time to fret over it now.

But the main (slash ONLY) thing that has been on my mind lately is ll things logistics, EDI, warehousing, cancel dates and all the like. All day. All night. It’s literally all I’ve been doing for the past week or so. Hence the lack of writing and decreased engagement on social media.

Right now is one of busiest times for me (being that one of my main responsibilities is supply chain management) because all our goods are currently being processed through our warehouse and sent out to vendors (for fall 14). It sounds somewhat straightforward. But let me tell you, it’s not. Not in the least bit! And I’m new at all this so I feel like every day is a crash coarse. Sink or swim!

But I secretly love the rush – I just hope I don’t screw anything up too badly. ;) speaking of, I should go double check everything before heading to the airport. Hope you have an awesome weekend!
