Okay y’all, let’s talk trends for a minute. I’m not usually one to get in on a trend (I tend to stick with pieces that will never go out of style) but it’s hard not to notice that ANINE BING is everywhere lately. I’ll be the first to admit that this is a trend I’m kind of loving right now. I just think her style is so cool. I mean, if you can make a sweatshirt chic, you’re doing something right, ya know?

You might remember me styling this ANINE BING t-shirt recently with bike shorts as we were easing into fall, but now that were actually seeing some true fall temps and heading into winter, I am on board with the sweatshirts. Let’s be honest, I’ll take any excuse to be comfortable and stylish.

These sweatshirts are so easy to throw on with a pair of black leggings or ripped jeans and they make you look effortlessly put together—even on the days you’re not. At around $170 dollars, they’re definitely a splurge compared to most sweatshirts but if they can make you feel even a little bit more put together, even on the days you’re not, they’re worth ever penny in my book. I also don’t think this trend is going anywhere any time soon, so I’d consider it an investment that you can wear for years.
