Madewell is J. Crew’s sister brand with more of a laid back (less preppy) vibe. So if you like J.crew, then odds are you’ll like this brand as well. It’s a great spot for classic flannels, sweaters, cozy scarves and all kinds of everyday basics.

I really do love just about everything they make and am a HUGE fan of their overall brand aesthetic. I personally own the Penfield Field Jacket and use/wear it as a rain jacket (such a great find) and it’s pretty flattering compared to other rain jackets (posted on instagram here).
