Somewhere between now and 30 hours from now, between Dallas and Milan…I’ll most likely experience an epic crash. This week has been NON stop…and it’s only Wednesday morning! After procrastinating in every which way possible, I finally forced myself to finish packing for the next 2 1/2 weeks (Frankfurt, Milan, NYC, then Austin…long road ahead!) And honestly, I have no idea if what I packed even makes sense. Ugh, I’m not a fan of packing; I hate having to choose! and I’m not one to pick out outfits beforehand (which is probably what I should do!)

Did you see this instagram from last night (the lighting is atrocious – eek! – because it was like 9 PM when I took it…)? I’m not sure how much access I’ll have to wifi while I’m traveling, so follow along on instagram for updates (if you’re interested….ha!) I plan on posting outfits I’ve already shot, but I really don’t know if I can rely on finding reliable wifi. We shall see…

On another note, I think I’m going to declare that February is just an awkward month. It’s still (sometimes) super cold in Dallas and it’s definitely freezing in other parts of the country. Yet, there’s this overwhelming itch for Spring that starts creeping up on me. And then there are some days in Dallas where it’s 75 and sunny, which is such a tease! So yeah, February is just plain awkward. What do you want to see during this time of the year? I feel like everyone’s OVER winter stuff and it’s a little (just a tad bit) too early for full on spring looks. So we’re just kind of stuck in the middle…

I shot a few ‘transitional’ looks earlier this week, so hopefully that will be relevant. But other than that, what do you all think?

PS: Soooo fifty shades of grey comes out this weekend….who’s going see it? I don’t know if I’ll be able to sit through it so I’ll have to live vicariously through everyone else. But speaking of the movie, I’ve been listening to the soundtrack nonstop. My most recent obsession is this (super short, chill) song called ‘I’m on Fire’. (I have no idea what he’s talking about honestly, but I just like the song). Have you heard the sound track? And of course, I also like the more popular songs, Earned it and Love Me Like You Do.
