Now that we are fully into the holiday season, I think incorporating red in any and every way possible is socially acceptable and even sometimes expected! Am I right?! And this red plaid scarf adds JUST the right amount of holiday cheer – especially when paired with this red and white striped tee. Right?!

Correct me if I’m wrong, but there’s just something about wearing red during this time of year that just feels (and looks) on cue. As such, I try to add a little bit of festive flair in any and every way I can during these few weeks leading up to Christmas.

In this outfit, I added a touch of red and white stripes under this navy sweater to jazz things up. I’ve been really enjoying playing around with different colored stripes and layering them different ways. I just added these red stripes to my collection and think it’s a necessary holiday staple.
