During our most recent NE road trip through Vermont and down to Connecticut, we made a stop in Manchester for a few nights (city guide coming soon!). It was hard to pick which towns we wanted to visit along our trip but we knew we FOR SURE wanted to make a stop here, stay at the Equinox Resort and take an afternoon to do the Land Rover Experience (blog post coming next week!). I had some friends stay at the Equinox a few years ago and I’d heard nothing but wonderful things about it – especially during late September and early October when the leaves are just starting to change!
We ended up staying here for 3 nights and loved every second of it. The Equinox resort is so quaint and even has a little bit of a southern feel to it – despite how far North it’s located! It was everything I’d hope it would be and more. I want to go back next year and try out their Falconry class as I’ve heard SO MANY amazing things and have always wanted to learn more about Falconry.
To be honest, we weren’t too crazy about the in-house restaurants, but we loved getting a drink and sitting by the fire before heading into town for dinner each night. There are 2 restaurants at the Equinox – a more casual one and then a fancier one. We ran out of time before we could give the fancy one a shot, but I’ve heard it’s yummy! We did however get room service a few times during our stay and (like always) thoroughly enjoyed it!
Have any of y’all ever stayed there or heard of it? It’s SUCH a little treat and we’re for going back either next year or the following during leaf peeping season again :)
