What to Wear in Italy in June

If you’ve ever wondered what you should wear in Italy in June, I’ve got you covered with today’s outfit! Something similar to this little number will for sure be a WINNING combo to sport strolling down the streets of Italy in June. It’s usually pretty warm and so you’ll want to stick to something sleeveless and if you’re doing a lot of walking, you’ll for sure want to wear something light and airy so you don’t have to worry about sweating. Also, flats are a MUST – at least for daytime!

A little dress like this one, a sunhat and flats is a great combo for strolling through the streets in Capri during the summer months – or really for any Italian city during the summer. I would just suggest bringing a cardigan if you plan on staying out past the sunset because it get s a little bit chilly some nights!

I wore this for one of the days where we headed to the harbor, which is (of course) located at the base of the island and at the bottom of hundreds of steps. It was funny because as we headed DOWN the path to get to the bottom, we were walking past people huffing and puffing asking us, “how much longer? are we almost there?”. So I think it’s safe to say that the journey up (at least if you choose to walk your way up there) is more of a trek than most people might expect. There’s also a gondola type of think as well, but there’s usually a pretty long line to get on that and plus, walking up the steps is part of the whole Capri experience if you ask me!
