Y’all, I’ve been wanting a pair of Frye boots for YEARS and I’m so excited to finally join the Frye-wearing-party! In particular, I’ve had my eye on the classic ‘Melissa’ button boots (the ones I’m wearing)! One of my best girlfriends had a pair in college and I used to always “borrow” them all the time and fell in LOVE.

It’s hard to find a pair of good-looking riding boots that’ll last through the seasons – in both form and fashion. But I’ve definitely found a pair that I KNOW I’ll always love (right alongside my classic cowboy boots!) I like how simple these are (less is totally more here) and the thickness (and structured feeling) of the leather. I also like how the shafts are a little wider so they make me feel skinny (ha!). No, but really, I kind of have bigger-ish calves and I can’t stand when boots are too tight – it just makes me feel bulky. But these are PERFECT ;) And if you’ve ever tried on a pair, then you’ll know what I mean when I say they’re superior quality!
