Buying a new weekly calendar/planner is a little event that I look forward to each year. I don’t know why, but something about a brand new, fresh annual planner just makes me smile! And gets me all excited to start writing everything down and get organized! For the past three years, I’ve been using the desk planner by Graphic Image. And I love it, I really do, but a part of me wants to try something a little different this time around! And plus, it’s a little heavy for my purse. My good friend Bailey has been using the “MyAgenda” planners for a few years, and I’ve always love the simplicity of it. And Plus, it’s pretty similar to the Graphic Image regarding the layout and structure of the weekly and monthly agendas.

In hopes of helping you make your decision for the best annual agenda for your life/needs, I wanted to pull together some helpful information on a few different planners I’ve heard good things about. I’ve only personally used the Graphic Image planner, but I’ve spoken to a few of my friends and got some pros and cons to help you weigh your decision!

Buying my planner each year is a big deal, reminds me of buying school supplies for the start of the school year (which I miss so much), and I actually have all my planners all the way back to the beginning of high school (fun to look back on when I thought life was SO stressful and in reality it was a cakewalk). This past year I used the Moleskin Yearly Planner and LOVED it because it is broken down by week, but also has monthly calendars. BUT the best part was that the left side was the days of the individual week and the right side was a note space where I could make to-do lists for the week! Love the covers of all the planners above! Great post idea!

I wanted to include that planner! Thanks for giving me and the BTD readers a little insight about the Moleskin planners! I didn’t include it because I couldn’t think of anyone off the top of my head that used it! Now I know! I would LOVE the note part – I keep a separate journal just for taking notes!

I’m such a geek when it comes to planners… I can buy one that I think I’ll love and 2 months later find another and start all over… I still haven’t found the PERFECT one for ME… but hopefully this here little guide helps! Thanks!
