Bodysuits. They are freaking everywhere, have you noticed?! I’m pretty sure models like Kendall Jenner started wearing them a couple years ago, then after that, they’ve made their way into every store and onto (just about)  everyone and their sister. And after a couple years of not being into the look at all (some look like legit bathing suits + I just couldn’t get on board with a full bodysuit bc reminded me of childhood gymnastics), I’ve recently given them a try. And I’m totally down for the bodysuit ride now. I’m not quite obsessed, but I’m definitely having fun playing around with the trend and styling different looks.

Let’s talk about what there is to like about them. Slash I really want to know what your thoughts are on them. Were you hesitant too? Have you tried them? Thoughts?

Back to the topic at hand – what to like about them. For one, they’re extremely flattering. There’s no weird bunching that happens when you’re trying to tuck in a shirt, and they seamlessly fit your shape without adding any bulk. Plus, if you’re wearing something high-waisted, it’s a nice alternative to a cropped ensemble that doesn’t look bulky or too forced (like when you have too much fabric to tuck in and can see the excess around your waist).

Secondly, they’re pretty darn easy. This black one can be worn with jeans, a skirt, or tight black pants like I have in this post. This look is definitely more sassy and fun, but I’d love this bodysuit under ripped denim and a under a chunky sweater as well. It’s hard to beat their ability to layer under just about anything and transition from outfit to outfit, don’t you agree?

Lastly, they’re soooo comfy. No worrying about a tank top riding up or moving around – everything stays in place like a charm. And for someone who is constantly late or changing or running around like crazy, I very much appreciate that!

So, if you aren’t on the bodysuit train yet…you know what to do. I promise, you’ll thank me later! But regardless, I want to know your thoughts and whether or not you’re a fan of this look plus body suits in general?
