April Week 4

Wow, what a weekend.

I slept through 3 different alarms this morning because I was obviously super exhausted. Usually I’ll spend a few hours on Sunday getting ready for the week but I wasn’t able to do that this weekend. I went down to Baton Rouge for a wedding (which is a 6-ish hour drive) and so I was in the car driving until super late last night heading back to Dallas. There’s something about driving (even though I wasn’t even actually driving lol) that wares your body out. It’s the strangest thing! Anyway, I didn’t get back until midnight or so last night and so my morning has been a bit of a hot mess! Monday hit me hard.

So needless to say, my BTD WEEKLY post is coming in a little late this week but hopefully it’ll still serve it’s purpose nonetheless :)

If you saw my insta from last week then you might have read that I’ve been on an (accidental) 8 month hiatus from working out. And although I only made it to ONE workout class last week, I’ve decided that NOW is the time to get BACK in the saddle.
