favorite everyday makeup products

I’ve been wanting to do a post on my current favorite everyday makeup products round-up for ages, detailing all my go-to products at the moment. I’m so glad I finally sat down and got this done! Let me know if you have any questions and I’d love to hear if you have any thoughts or experiences with these products listed – please do weigh in via the comments below!

Covergirl Eye Concealer – I’ve been using this for SO long and I just can’t find anything else that I like as much. I like how it’s not TOO thick, yet still covers up my under eye shadows. Also, it’s not too dry and so it goes on and rubs in very well. I also use this stuff to cover any blemishes or skin discoloring

Bobbi Brown Short Brush – I like how concentrated this brush is, but it should be used with caution because it put a heavy coat on ;)

Anastasia Eye Brightener – love the extra umph this little detail gives me! I use it in the inside corners of my eye and it makes them pop a little bit and adds an extra touch of glam

Makeup Setting Spray – everyone raves about this stuff, but I feel like I can’t really tell the difference?! I just feel like it doesn’t hurt to put it on for extra insurance (ha!). That’s pretty sad, but hey…at least I’m honest right?! I also feel pretty official when using “setting spray” because it seems like something profesh makeup people do

Bobbi Brown Mascara – not gonna lie, I don’t think this is anything special, but it’s what I use because I’m pretty partial to all Bobbi Brown products. I don’t know, I just trust them :)

Nars Illuminator – I put this on my cheek bones (over my blush) and it adds an extra glimmer and is perfect for summer shine!

Clinique moisturizer – simple and effective and good for you

‘Rockateur’ blush – love how this had a deeper shade to it

Bobbi Brown eyeshadow // Bobbi Brown blush

Bobbi Brown Liquid Bronzer – I’ve been using this stuff since 7th grade. It’s definitely one of my best kept secrets. It’s not for everyone, but it’s great for me because sometimes it gives me just the right amount of color without having to pound on the powder bronzer. And it has SPF in it.

St. Tropez Self Tanning Mousse – I can’t say enough about this stuff. It’s so legit. And yes, I put it on my face when I need an extra confidence boost. I don’t wear it every single day, but it really does do wondering when I’m looking for a little extra color. I LOVE it.

Nars Brozer in “Laguna – this is a great bronzer, but I’m not particularly partial to it either. I also like the ones that MAC makes (currently using this one)

Bobbi Brown concealer brush – use this every single day and love love love it

Purity Cleanser – I wish I knew how to explain WHY I like this stuff, but I don’t really know. I just do. I think I like how simple it is and that it’s nothing with any crazy acids and that it serves as both a makeup remover AND a cleanser. I’m all about making my bedtime and morning routine as quick as possible.

Covergirl Mascara – I keep coming back to this stuff because I like how precise it is. I don’t have the best or longest eyelashes and so I just need something simple and that doesn’t clump and this stuff does the trick for me

Perversion eye liner – probably the best eye liner you’ll ever try. Trust me on this one
