Fringe can either go two ways, horribly wrong or surprisingly chic. Every time I wear fringe I always look in the mirror before I leave the house and mentally ask myself, do I look more like Pocahontas or bohemian? (obviously preferring the latter) When fringe is done right I really love the urban vibes it can add to any outfit.
