White, Metallic, & Mirrored

silver and white room

I instagrammed this photo of my new room (at mom & dad’s new house) last week and got a lot of sweet and exciting comments from all of you – it seems that y’all are just as big a fan as I am! In addition to a few questions asked via instagram comments, I also received a few emails asking where we got some of the things in the photo above (and a few other items from previous instagram photos…more to come on that!).

In response to all this (awesome!) hype, I thought it would be fun to do a silver-and-white-inspired bedroom post.  Most of the things in my room are custom made (my mom loves to put her own, special spin on everything! She’s SO talented at it too!). So since most things can’t be directly purchased from a store, I’ve scoured the internets for similar-looking items that look similar/have the same vibe.

Hover over the image below to see black, square boxes indicating ready-to-shop items.

I love this coffee table by Design Within Reach (shown above), but I think it’s a bit too expensive for a coffee table (at least for me).  I haven’t been able to find a similar one though yet that has the same look for a better price – I’ll let you know when I do (I did see this one via West Elm, but it’s still $500ish). I also really like this table via Urban Outfitters – it’s super modern and unique and not too terribly expensive (this one is pretty awesome too…). I currently have this mirrored coffee table from target and LOVE it, but I would actually prefer something a little bigger and/or something round (you can see it in my instagram below).

I think these chairs from Pier 1 (shown above) are great and would look really nice reupholstered.  And I have this python tray and LOVE it – it’s fun to style and restyle…and restyle some more.

Below you’ll find a few more things I’ve found around the internets that fit in with the whole white-and-silver theme of my bedroom. Let me know if you’re looking for anything in particular and I can do my best to help! I’d love to hear your feedback on seeing this type of post on BTD!
